Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Female Receptionist to join our clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting patients, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Handle patient registration and maintain records/files
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and staff regarding schedules
  • Assist patients with insurance reimbursement documents if needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Monitor office supplies and clinic inventory
  • Support administrative and marketing tasks when required
  • Handle patient concerns politely and professionally
Requirements
  • Female candidate only
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Friendly personality with professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in clinic, wellness, or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and social media marketing is an advantage
