Dubai’s supercar-inspired property boom: Residents move into Dar Global’s Pagani tower
Mercedes-Benz, Bugatti and Pagani are among the luxury brands whose identities have been brought into the property market for internationally mobile wealthy buyers.
Dar Global has begun handing over residences at DaVinci Tower by Pagani, bringing the design philosophy of one of the world’s most exclusive hypercar manufacturers into Dubai’s residential market.
The London-listed developer has announced the start of handovers, marking a milestone for the 80-residence development overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, with views towards the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline.
The project, billed as the world’s first residential development branded by Italian hypercar maker Pagani Automobili, is designed to bring the craftsmanship and sculptural aesthetic associated with its high-performance cars into everyday living.
The arrival of residents also marks the moment when the concept moves beyond glossy brochures and show apartments to become a lived-in address.
The collaboration extends to furniture from the Pagani Arte collection, alongside marble, wood flooring, customised lighting and detailing that reflects the Italian marque’s design identity.
Located on the Dubai Water Canal, the development sits close to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, placing residents within reach of the city’s commercial, dining and retail districts.
Ziad El Chaar, chief executive of Dar Global, called it a “defining moment for Dar Global and in the evolution of luxury living.”
From supercars to super-prime real estate
The project arrives as Dubai’s property developers increasingly turn to the world’s most recognisable luxury brands to differentiate their residential offerings.
Mercedes-Benz, Bugatti and Pagani are among the automotive names whose identities have been brought into the property market, reflecting a shift in how luxury homes are marketed to internationally mobile wealthy buyers.
The proposition goes beyond putting a famous badge on a building. Developers are selling an entire design language and lifestyle, drawing on the associations of performance, exclusivity, craftsmanship and status that have helped make supercar brands globally desirable.
Mercedes-Benz Places, developed by Binghatti, has brought the German marque’s design identity to a residential tower in Downtown Dubai.
Meanwhile, Binghatti’s collaboration with Bugatti has introduced the hypercar brand into a residential project in Business Bay.
Dar Global’s Pagani development follows the same broader trend, but with an emphasis on translating the Italian marque’s distinctive design philosophy into the interiors of a limited collection of homes.
For developers, the appeal is differentiation in an increasingly competitive luxury market. For buyers, branded residences offer an alternative to conventional prime property, combining location and amenities with a recognisable international identity.
Alongside the brand premium, construction quality, management, service standards and resale demand ultimately matter as much as the name attached to a property.
