Nakheel has begun handing over 892 homes at Jebel Ali Village in Dubai, with residents now starting to move into the residential community.
The development, located next to Sheikh Zayed Road and close to Ibn Battuta Mall and Discovery Gardens Metro Station, is expected to become home to approximately 5,500 residents.
Nakheel is a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
The handovers mark the latest stage in the redevelopment of Jebel Ali Village, a long-established residential location in Dubai.

Residents will have access to landscaped parks and open spaces, as well as walking and cycling routes.
The community also includes sports facilities, children’s play areas and a community pond. Swimming pools are located within each residential cluster.
Further amenities are planned to open as ongoing development of the community continues.
These include a community centre with retail facilities, a clubhouse, gym, padel courts and event lawns.
Where is Jebel Ali Village?
Jebel Ali Village is located next to Sheikh Zayed Road, providing access to other areas. The community is also close to Ibn Battuta Mall and Discovery Gardens Metro Station.
Its location provides residents with access to established transport, retail, education and leisure destinations across the emirate. The development is expected to accommodate approximately 5,500 residents once occupied.
